Welcome to Stuart Young Carpentry and Joinery. I am Stuart and for over 18 years i have been working with wood and most types of building work both contractually and independently.

I am experienced in all aspects of wood work and construction, from smaller projects including hanging internal and external doors to custom made joinery including bookcases and display cabinets, to managing larger scale building and refurbishment projects such as extensions, complete refurbishments, summer rooms, outdoor offices stables, purpose built sheds and outbuildings.

I also have experience in project management roles, being responsible for overseeing all aspects and organisation of domestic building work including brick and timber built extensions.
